What we built, and how we work.
The Bulgarian coast has exceptional property and serious people on both sides of every deal. What it often lacks is a standing relationship - a local partner who stays after the keys change hands.
That is the space we work in. We build the brand, the audience, and the introductions - the system that stands behind a partner long before the first call.
We work with a small number of partners at a time. Each gets the full system - brand work, audience building, qualified introductions, and a local presence that continues after the transaction.
Most of the people we work with arrive through an introduction from the last one. That is the pace we want - the one that keeps the work personal.
